Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Production Technician to support daily operations in a fast-paced print and signage environment. This role
involves customer interaction, order processing, and coordination with production to ensure jobs
are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers
• Provide quotes for print, signage, and marketing materials
• Process orders and create job tickets
• Coordinate with production team to meet deadlines
• Follow up with customers regarding proofs and approvals
• Maintain organized records of jobs and communications
• Recommend additional products/services when appropriate

Qualifications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable using computers and standard office software
• Print or signage experience is a plus

Compensation
